✅ Returns & Exchanges

• We currently accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition’and packaging.

• To start a return, please email us at [luzcraf2025@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Used candles or items with signs of wear

• Sale or promotional items

🚚 Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

• If the return is approved, we will process store credit or exchange once the item is received.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will gladly replace or refund the item.
